To screen record, you need the GCBA(Genesys Background Agent installed), so ideally, you can uninstall it for the specific managers (this would be too manual but effective) if using the web application.
Second option is to create a manager's role and remove the Recording > ScreenRecording > Participate, permission and assign it to the managers.

I have a need to exclude managers from being screen recorded. Sorry if this was discussed somewhere but I couldn't find anything relevant or even close to this application. In order to have screen recordings automatic, we had to set up a policy that records as well as screen record for our org. I then tried to set up a policy that includes particular users and does not have the screen recording option. Obviously, this didn't work as the main policy overrides the "Do Not Screen Record" policy. Is there a way to accomplish this?
