    'Tis the season of giving, and the community team is ready to "elf-up" and help families in need. NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH SHOPPING IDEAS! 

    The "Kids Ask, Community Delivers" program is designed to adopt letters written to Santa. There are multiple angels available that we need your help shopping for, so please read Matt's post here to offer even more gift suggestions.

    The Genesys Cloud Community is shopping for two sweet siblings below and I need your ideas on what to get them. Here are their holiday wishes:

    What should we buy for little Brooklyn and Christopher? As you see in the letters, they have many interests. Maybe you know of an awesome Hot Wheels or Pokémon set that will set their hearts aglow. Do you have an arts and crafts set you (or your little niece) definitely recommend? Or perhaps you have the perfect outdoor activity that both Brooklyn and Christopher can enjoy together?


    Please dig into your altruistic hearts and help me create an amazing "buy-list" for these kiddos and I'll get the gifts wrapped and dropped down their chimney in time for Christmas! 

    We need all suggestions by Friday, Dec. 08th, so their wish items will make it to them on time. Please get merry and bright with your ideas! I can't wait to see what you come up with, and thank you for your jolly suggestions!

    This is such a great idea! Thank you - I was struggling with this category and that "Make It, Bake It" looks perfect for a 6yo girl. I even found a "unicorn" one (which her letter says she likes). Check it out. Thank you for the suggestion. I'm adding it to her list!

    Hi,

    I liked that both, Brooklyn & Christopher, are very clear about what they want. I wish I had that clarity in my life goals. :) 

    Here are some suggestions for Brooklyn:

    We love crafting in this house, and the Kid Made Modern kits are always a hit. They have project specific kits (some with themes - like mermaids, unicorns, and space) and then some generic, choose your own adventure crafting supply libraries. I'm not sure what's up with their website as it only has two kits for sale right now, but trusty Amazon has a bunch of them (attempting to share my search results):

    A small kids easel or drawing table with craft paper roll is a good standard for the arts & crafts/coloring category. 

    There are kid archeology kits that have buried dino bones in them that can be fun (altho short lived).

    Hot wheels orange flex track is a good bet for that category.

    I have seen many toys sold on Amazon actually come from Temu. Maybe you can get a large gift by going there instead:

    The "Kids Ask, Community Delivers" program has now wrapped up for suggestions and I just want to send a truly warm and heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you who participated in this program. Because of your suggestions, we were able to make FIVE children's holiday season merry and bright. I hope when they wake up on Christmas morning and see the gifts you all thoughtfully selected based on their letters sitting there, they will be overjoyed. This is what the holiday season (and Genesys) is all about: Embracing Empathy and helping others in need. Thank you all for your wonderful ideas and HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you all!
