    Hi All,

    Does anyone knows what file format is recordings stored  in Genesys cloud?

    If we chose to Archive it to s3 Bucket, then the option of files format is same as one provided for downloading? Download a recording - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    The default is Opus, but that is defined in the Media settings on the trunk.  Opus offers small format, good quality and stereo recording.  

    When you export, you define

    Opus,  48K, stereo, 

    Wav,   8K, Stereo

    MP3,   16K, Sterero

    Webm.  8K, Stereo

    When saving to the S3 Bucket, it saves out as OPUS with metadata in a JSON file in a ZIP file.
