Hi,

I'm asking if i can use Audiohook to stream the audio of internal calls only to 3rd party (S3 for example)?

if, yes, will the audio recordings be available to be heard?

Hi Mostafa,
A few months ago I had a conversation with Genesys product manager dealing with Audiohook who mentioned that audiohook currently works on the back of Transcription, which can be set on the queue or in Architect. So as long as Transcription is set, audiohook streams audio, otherwise not.
Considering the above, theoretically, if you are somehow able to get transcription set on internal calls, audiohook may work. Maybe try calling internally via a queue.
