We are in the process of migrating our telephony system off of on Prem Avaya System to Genesys Cloud. We are a company that host IVR applications for external customers. One of our customers is a bank and we want to be able to setup connectivity from their infrastructure to Genesys Cloud that could be used for both voice and data so that we can make API calls back to customer site. I have read about the Edge Dev but that appears to only support SIP connectivity, but I am also being told that a Edge connection would allow us to make API calls back to the customer site. Please advise.
