  • 1.  dumb question, how to see a report/view showing all userA calls to userB

    I simply can't figure it out.. If I try to add both users to the interactions view it's essentially an "or" statement..  Running report on a user to XLSX honestly seems to be missing a ton of data... There has to be an easier way right ?

    I don't believe there is a way to do that today but I will let our Product Management team know that this is of interest to you.
