    Hi,

    OK, so this is going to seem like an odd question, but how can I tell if an ORG is set up for Concurrent or Named User licensing?

    I have a client which I was told are Named User, but I want to verify. In the Billing & Usage screen refers to "Seats" in some instances (implying concurrent) and "Users" in others (implying Named User)!

    Can anyone offer any suggestions here?

    Go into Admin then Subscriptions under Account Settings.  That should show you what subscriptions you have applied to the org.

    In this instance, I could see the licenses, I just wasn't sure how to distinguish between the allocation types.

    Looks like they have Named....

    Adding on to Robert's response, each line item would have a descriptor whether it is a Concurrent or Hourly type of license - like in Robert's screenshot it says Concurrent. If neither of these appear then the licensing type is Named.

    Thank you, that was the missing piece! I could see what licenses they had, but I didn't realize that it was a case of "Named unless it says otherwise".
