I have a recent unpleasant experience where one of my progressive campaigns that I originally set up with skill column selected and dynamic queueing sorting enabled now mysteriously has the dynamic queueing sorting disabled. Furthermore, I cannot create any new progressive campaigns with these two settings enabled (skill column and dynamic queueing sorting enabled). If I turn on dynamic queueing sorting then select a skill column, the dynamic queueing sorting slider literally slides to off as soon as I select the skill column in the campaign creation. It's like those settings are now mutually exclusive although the Genesys documentation on skills-based routing for outbound progressive campaigns states "Dynamic queueing must have Sorting switched ON for skills-based campaigns"
Anyone have any experience with this issue?
