  • 1.  e-mail queues

    Good Morning,

    I have set-up e-mail addresses, call flows, queues, etc. so that one of our call centers can utilize routing e-mails just as voice calls are routed.

    everything is working

    I have one issue, our exchange/network security team wants a "Forced TLS Agreement" in place between our company domain and mypurecloud.com because there will be PII (personal information, SS#, DL#, etc.) sent within the e-mails.

    The Genesys Team is working on it with AWS, I was just wondering if anyone other businesses required the same and if/how they were able to make it happen in the end?

    There was a similar question posted on our developer forum, see https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/encryption-email/4223

    The answer there was:

    PureCloud doesn't offer encrypted email functionality.

    You could use third party email to provide a custom solution. You can also request the functionality via the ideas portal and track it but it is not on our near term roadmap so I wouldn't expect anything within the next year or two.
