  • 1.  Edge Monitoring Solution with Alarming

    Hi All, 

    We are currently looking for solution options for Edge monitoring, which solutions/integrations are the community using for network monitoring of your Edges both on-prem and cloud? 

    Things we are looking to monitor include basic network status, trunk status, call count, and some kind of MOS metric (not all necessary). Wondering if there are any integrations involved for alerting i.e send an SMS to x number with alarm "edge is down" or something along those lines.

    Does anyone have any experience with this solution? How do you like it and it is worth the price?

    It is an universal network solution for CC that monitors network status, SIP-trunk, call count and the QoS of voice, WebRTC and others at cloud/network edge.

    "edge is down" is detectable as a traffic anomaly that can trigger SMS notification or use our API to access analytics for other actions.

    Integration involves traffic mirroring that can be setup easily both on-perm and cloud:
