    I have noticed the following in the audit viewer. 

    Under the header Entity, instead of the name of the agent, it gives a long GUID. Is there a way I can change this to the name of the agent, so it's easier to detect which agent it is, instead of searching it by hand?

    I have read somewhere about using a PowerShell script and using queries to find out which agent it is, but haven't encountered a solution to this issue.
    Is there a guide to make this happen?

    Download the CLI from the developer center here:  Platform API CLI (genesys.cloud)

    Then you can use "gc users get [GUI]" to get that user's information.

    gc users get 775e8dd0-80a2-43bb-8596-8ec48e1d9c54

    Would give you this and more:
