Genesys Cloud - Main

When I attempt to edit any previously published development module, I hit Save and Publish, Agree to the terms but receive an error saying the module cannot be saved. Simple updates to an Assessment (ex: changing the answer to a questions) cannot be saved. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get this corrected? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

Hey Victoria,

That certainly does seem odd. You may want to collect some console and network logs and have our Customer Care team look into the issue to see what is happening in the web browser.
