  • 1.  Editing GCXI Report & Adding New Metrics

    Hello,

    I'm attempting to add new metric data to the grid of the Interaction Handling Attempt Report; however, each time I attempt to add the Accept metric for call data, I receive an Error in Report results message.  Is there a way I can easily add this data without the report erroring out or is there a specific report I should piggyback off of when adding/removing/editing metrics?
