    Hello All,

    As you already know, Genesys is constantly updating its user interface to follow industry trends and standards. We are excited to announce the upcoming Email Admin UI enhancements.

    In fact, we had announced these Email Admin UI enhancements first last year, and we're now ready to roll them out in the coming weeks. We'll update this post with the GA date as soon as it's confirmed.

    When released, administrators can access a new user interface for managing and configuring Email related functionality. The new UI offers improved usability and is more intuitive. Note that this UI refresh includes only style enhancements related to usability and does not include any major functional changes or feature additions, and there is no impact to agent facing views.

    Currently, all email related config options are grouped together on a single screen. After the refresh, you will find that options have been logically grouped into different tabs for easy accessibility and enhanced usability. And, changes have been made to the layout of the Domains / Email Addresses Dashboard screens as well. Please see attached PDF for sample screenshots. We are eager to get this released and offer a better user experience through the refreshed Email Admin user interface.

    Update: Happy to share that earlier today we were officially approved to GA this. We will be rolling this out starting May 5th, Mon thru Wed following our usual release cycle. Thank you!

    Important Update: Please note that we have temporarily rolled back this recent update to the Email Admin UI. This update introduced visual and usability enhancements but did not impact any functional changes, feature additions, or have an impact on agent-facing views. 
     
    We have identified an issue importing localized language files, which caused the interface to break for users not using English. As a precaution, we have restored the previous version of the Email Admin UI across all regions. We plan to reintroduce the update in an upcoming release and will communicate the changes through our standard release notes and announcements in the Resource Center.
     
    We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to address this as soon as possible.
