Genesys is constantly updating its user interface to follow industry trends and standards. We are excited to announce the upcoming Email Admin UI enhancements.

In approximately 60 to 90 days, administrators can access a new user interface for managing and configuring Email related functionality. The new UI offers improved usability and is more intuitive. Note that this UI refresh includes only style enhancements related to usability and does not include any major functional changes or feature additions, and there is no impact to agent facing views.

For example, currently, all email related config options are grouped together on a single screen:

After this refresh, you will find that options have been logically grouped into different tabs for easy accessibility and enhanced usability:

And, changes have been made to the domains management related screens as well.
