Our users have been excited at the prospect of simplifying client communication lines by only needing to provide one number for telephone and fax. But one of the things I'm noticing is that there does not seem to be an email generated when a fax is received, like there is with voicemails.
Is there somewhere that this can be configured. Or is this a feature that is in the works? Many of our users are interacting with purecloud through the Salesforce plugin, which does not expose inbox, so they would likely never know that they have received an incoming fax.
