  • 1.  Email attachment is too large

    No replies, thread closed.
    When an agent receives an email with an attachment that is larger than 10MB they are unable to forward that attachment on to another department.  Is there a way around this?

    Not sure if this will fix the forwarding issue, but they are increasing the 10 mb size to 30 mb or similar: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-786
