Maksim - it looks like the DKIM verification is still pending and the name, type and value are visible in these fields however i cannot see anything entered in the SPF DMARC Authentication (Custom MAIL FROM) section of the config. Does this become visible once the DKIM has been verified ?.
i just need an overview of how the customer completes the setting up of this and how we can ensure that the customer can do one of the following :
i think the customer would prefer to to the first option which is to continue to use their existing @.org.uk address and forward them to the @support.org.uk email address which has been set up in the domain dashboard section.

The maximum length of a TXT record is 255 characters. Someone is doing something wrong in this case.
In either case, can you further explain the use-case? BT and Eccentex have a partnership already, so you can message me directly and happy to help you figure this out.

Max it looks like they haven't completed the DKIM element yet however when they are doing so the names generated by Genesys for the DKIM are to long for the customers DNS and are cutting out the org.uk bit at the end of the email address. Have you seen this before or is the customer doing something wrong on their side ?.

You mean you have a customer with domain like "AcmeHelp.com" that have the proper SPF and DKIM DNS records to verify authenticity. But then the customers has created two email addresses on a different domain, like "help@AcmeSupport.com" and "help@AcmeSales.com"?

I have set up a support. email domain and the customer has configured the DNS at their side to verify the TXT and validate the MX at their end. The customer has set up two test email accounts which don't have an @support. element to the email address but wants to have a copy of the inbound email sent to their outlook email address.
How do i ensure that the customer receives a copy of the inbound email address to their outlook account as per the below
