Hello Genesys,

Can anyone help on updating Integrations and Architect for Agentless Email Notifications? How do we setup contracts and Configuration in Actions and What could be the logic for sending email from Architect flow. 

Making an assumption here,  that your Org is Genesys Cloud CX 2 or Genesys Cloud CX 3.

First,  you need to set up a new Email domain, Type: Agentless/Campaign. Here are the steps to be followed for this:

A sample Data Action for Agentless email - Contracts. Input contract is attached (renamed .json to .txt), while for the Output Contract there is only one attribute dateCreated, type:string. 

The logic for sending the email from the Architect flows? Oh, well depends on what is the use case.

Can you please help regarding this Email Domain setup, where do we exactly update the DNS details like the CNAME and TXT, it's mentioned as Domain's DNS, where do we find that, how do we copay paste these values?
