    Currently the Outbound Email Limit is 10MB (including attachment).

    Resource Link - What are ACD email message and attachment size limits? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Is there a way to have this Limit increased ??

    If not, is there a Roadmap to address this ??

    Slated to be out on 9/28 that will increase that to 40 MB.  Here is the idea:  Increase the outbound email attachment | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
