    hello,

    We have recently stopped receiving email that contain the voicemail attachment.

    The voicemails are short so should be under the 10MB maximum. We have the 'voicemail notification' Org setting enabled and the 'Allow PII' Org setting enabled.

    Suggestions for why the emails have stopped containing the audio file would be appreciated.

    Did the HIPAA setting get turned on in your ORG?  Check in the Settings.  Also, check these two settings:
