For email (web) interactions, we noticed that the post-interaction survey is sent 72 hours after the agent's final response.
We would like customers to receive the survey much sooner. Is this waiting period configurable? If yes, where can we change it?

Does not seem that this is currently possible.  There is also an idea on the Ideas Portal in "Upcoming Development" state - https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CEWMM-I-366

Stephan is correct this is a current limitation. I recommend going and voting for the idea he posted.
