  • 1.  Emailing Chat Messaging Transcripts to Customers

    I am aware that Genesys Cloud  does not natively offer an out-of-the box feature to automatically email chat messaging transcripts to customers at the end of a web messaging session. I believe custom configuration is available via Genesys workflows and APIs, but I cannot locate the information/documents.  Can someone point me towards documentation or the appropriate located within the the community?
