Hello,
I am doing some testing with the embeddable framework and noticed that external contacts show up in a different order in the Embeddable Framework window than they do within Genesys Cloud. The Genesys Cloud UI presents all external contacts like so: <<Last Name, First Name>>. It looks like the EF displays the External Contact like: << First Name, Last Name>>. Is it possible to add a configuration setting within the EF to change which way to display external contacts?
Not sure if we have control of the data coming back when we specifiy externalContacts included on the searchTargets array.
