  • 1.  Emergency Address

    We've noticed that updating our emergency address-something we've routinely done without issue-is now failing more often than not. Personally, it took me four separate attempts to successfully update mine.

     

    This is a critical concern, as we have team members who float between locations and are trained to update their emergency address to reflect their current location. This is a 911 compliance issue for us, and I assume it is for others as well.

     

    Currently, when we attempt to update the emergency address by clicking the pencil icon in the profile, we're redirected to the Public Profile page. Previously, before the UI update, this action kept us within the profile settings area, where we can also update the "Thought for the Day" field.

     

    Here's what I experienced during my update attempts:

    • First attempt: Received an error message
    • Second attempt: The address reverted to the original value
    • Third attempt: Received another error message
    • Fourth attempt: Successfully updated

     

    Each attempt followed the exact same process, with no variations on my end.

    Can you try it in Firefox instead of Edge? I notice different behavior between the two...just curious if it works for you in Firefox instead
