I think that the after call work timer may be a bit subjective, depending on each organization's needs. I know that sometimes, an organization may only need 30 to 60 seconds for agents to help reset after a call has ended, whereas other require over 15 minutes for agents to file the necessary paperwork after a call has ended.
I'm curious to see what other in the Community have set up in their orgs.

Hello! I was curious what people have their end callback timer set to? We currently do not have a timer set for after call work, agents must click done, so it seems like the end callback feature is not as valuable as it could be for others. Currently we have it set for five minutes, which seems a tad excessive, especially if we have a large volume of callbacks waiting.
