I think that the after call work timer may be a bit subjective, depending on each organization's needs. I know that sometimes, an organization may only need 30 to 60 seconds for agents to help reset after a call has ended, whereas other require over 15 minutes for agents to file the necessary paperwork after a call has ended.
I'm curious to see what other in the Community have set up in their orgs.
