   1. The preparatory course/study guides for the Administrator / Implementation certification - helped introduce areas that I haven't fully delved into yet (e.g. Outbound Campaigns)

   1. The functions of Edges and how they work (from the Implementation course)

   1. No, but I'm working towards both the Administrator and Developer ones. Just need to schedule it really.

   1. Genesys Cloud: Around 1 year (deployment properly began in late 2021, launched Feb 2022). Genesys PCC since 2019.

2. Which Beyond course(s) have you found most valuable for your role?Genesys Cloud CX: API. I've had to do a lot of in-depth work using the APIs, so I am so glad that there is plenty of documentation and this course. 
3. What was your biggest takeaway? Or what was the most valuable thing you learned?I think that having been able to go through the courses for the customer service agents has helped me to understand their tools. It helped me to help them. 
4. Have you completed any certifications? And if so, which one(s)?Yes! I completed the Genesys Cloud Certified Developer.

   Each and every course. i learnt about GC from Beyond Portal. Most important courses which i found helping me in my career are Genesys Architect specialist and API Developer

   I would Say API Dev is one of the most prominent courses in Beyond portal. as this course gave me more insights abouts the API development and usage in Architect. Its valuable because as I'm not from a coding background still the course is very well simplified so that everyone can understand easily and get hands on experience,

My takeaway something that works best for me is to take self-paced class followed by instructor lead class.

   • Upgrading myself from on-premises (managed) solution to Cloud (CCaS) was the best transition phase I had and Beyond helped a lot in this.
   • Lesson learned: always keep yourself up-to-date with the market strategy/technology to be in the game.

We started migrating from PureConnect On-Premises application to PureCloud. During this transition, Beyond is the one that I relied completely on.
We don't need an instructor, mentor or trainer to learn. Beyond self-study courses and Genesys documentations are my go-to point for any technical assistance.
Have you completed any certifications? And if so, which one(s)?
Haven't take any certifications yet. Currently we are in the phase of Cloud transition. Once I am done with transition, planning to take certification on developer course.

   • It helped me in writing the composer strategy. Simplified explanation with lab access is the key of self study documents.

   • I have read and attended the pure engage beyond self study documents and ILTs.
   • Planning to complete the composer and E-services certification in coming days as holding their vouchers
