    1. I am working as contact center engineer and Need to implement/Configure the new call flows and other as required by BU.

    2.I have competed Genesys Cloud eLearning courses which is really helpful for system administrator and contact center engineer to get know the

    complete knowledge on genesys cloud.

    It really describes and well documented for the below modules.

    Genesys Cloud Routing
    Genesys Cloud Telephony and System Basics
    Genesys Cloud Recording and Quality Management Basics
    Agents: The Basics
    Agents: Interactions
    Agents: Analytics
    Supervisors: Setting Up Genesys Cloud
    Supervisors: Managing Agents
    Supervisors: Analytics
    Supervisors: Reporting
    Supervisors: Advanced Management
    Google Covid-19 Rapid Response Virtual Agent Course

    3.I am new to genesys cloud platform using this courses, I have gained more knowledge and insights of how to create call flows

      Deep dives into AI technology
    3. What was your biggest takeaway? Or what was the most valuable thing you learned?
      Understanding the Architect mindset - making it all work together under one roof.
    4. Have you completed any certifications? And if so, which one(s)?
      Yes, but need to re-up them - all the GCx ones.

      -Contact Center CX Foundations: Essential Knowledge
      -Getting to Know PureConnect
      -PureConnect Dialer
      -Managing and Monitoring PureConnect On-premise Subscription for Partners
      -Genesys Cloud Routing
      -Genesys Predictive Engagement
      -DevCast Tutorial #1 | How to Integrate PureCloud Client Functionality into Any Web App or CRM
      -DevCast Tutorial #2 | How to Set Up and Execute a PureCloud Data Action Before Routing a Call

    3. What was your biggest takeaway? Or what was the most valuable thing you learned?
      I learnt a lot about how Genesys is different from Cisco/Avaya and what additional benefits we have of using Genesys.
      Things that are easier in Genesys and what I can suggest to my customers etc.  
    4. Have you completed any certifications? And if so, which one(s)?
      -Genesys Cloud Certified Partner (CCP)
      -preparing for Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional

    1. What is your role?
      1. I am the Client Services Manager or a systems admin at Georgia 811.
    2. Which Beyond course(s) have you found most valuable for your role?
      1. Am I allowed to say all of them? I have done 67 hours worth in the last few months and they have been so beneficial in my ability to work in our org. 
    3. What was your biggest takeaway? Or what was the most valuable thing you learned?
      1. The most helpful and biggest thing I have learned is there are more than just beyond courses there are discussions and technical documents out there to help me as I navigate our org. I have also been able to share those things with business units in eaching them how different modules work and how they could benefit from using things like calibration in quality management. 
    4. Have you completed any certifications? And if so, which one(s)?
      1. I have not but It is on my list of things to do. I am only about 3 months in to this journey. I am hoping to sit for one come this time next year.
