Hi all,

I have a question regarding Entries (one of the metrics under Performance > Flow).
According to "Resource Center",  it says "A call can enter a flow multiple times".

Entries

The total number of times that calls enter the flow or flow version. A call can enter a flow multiple times.

My question is,
What scenarios cause a call to enter in flow multiple times?

A call can transfer between flows in Architect, if you have the logic set up to do so. So, if a call starts in one flow, then transfers to another flow (like an In-Queue Call flow), then transfers back to the main flow, then gets back into the same In-Queue Call flow, that could cause multiple entries.
