  • 1.  Error trying to set canned response in message interactions

    Hi using , this API: 

    post
    /api/v2/conversations/messages/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/messages, 
    If i send a text plain works , but if i try to send a messagingTemplate to send a canned response always show this error ( i try canne response with and without parameters)

    Any idea pls.
    I appreciate your help so much.

    I found the solution, the canned response should be type Message when it was create if the canned is type standard you can not use this api to do you wanna do.
