    Hello! One of our agents is receiving this error message and I couldn't find any information on it. Have you ever seen it/know what it means?

    We are receiving this message as well.  We are utilizing the Genesys CTI plugin in Salesforce.com and Agents are periodically receiving this message.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Looks like it is specific to CRM web client and not coming directly from Workforce Management code. Someone from my team will reach out to the team responsible for CRM. I would recommend opening a support ticket though if you want updates and such.
