To the best of my knowledge, evaluation forms are not division specific. This hasn't been a big issue for us thus far as only one division has utilized QA. However, I'll be adding a new division soon that will also be completing evals. I'd like for the QA administrator for each division to be able to edit their own evaluation forms, and for the QA evaluators to only be presented the eval forms for their division when completing evaluations. In the absence of division awareness for the forms themselves, I'm not certain how to accomplish this or if it can even be done. Wondering if anyone else was presented with a similar challenge and, if so, if/how they were able to overcome it.
I did find an idea to add division awareness to forms in the Ideas Lab but it was flagged as 'not currently planned' so not very promising.
