    Is there a way to notify admins on when a rep has provided comments/feedback on a evaluation?

    We can't find it.  I asked here but never got a reply.

    Hey Tommy,

    Through a process automation trigger, you can subscribe to get notifications on any evaluation state change using the existing topic (v2.quality.evaluations) and check for 

    • agentCommentHasUpdated and whether that is true

    And then setup a workflow in architect to send out an email notification (this is currently in beta)

    Hi Herrick,

    Thank you, we are now playing around with evaluations and had the same question and found this thread. Best would be that an approved evaluation enters the Genesys Cloud Inbox again with a status approved by agent or such, as the rest of the process also works via GC inbox messaging. Is that in the pipeline as well?
