    How do you set up agents to get notifications of pending evaluations in their inbox? It shows under their profile info, Agents - Evaluations

    But doesn't show here:

    Hi Melanie,

     

    Quality administrators assign evaluations to agents with appropriate permissions. See https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/assign-evaluation/.

     

    Agents who are quality evaluators and are assigned any of the following roles or permissions will receive notification of assigned interaction evaluations in the inbox:

     

    • Quality admin or Quality evaluator default roles
    • Quality > Evaluation > Edit or Quality > Evaluation > Editscore permissions

    Hello Melanie,

     

    To add on to Debbi's answer: those permissions are correct, but agents currently can't get any notifications about evaluations in the inbox. Only evaluators get notifications about evaluations in their inboxes. As you pointed out, agents have to go to Performance > Overview > Agent to see any evaluation-related information.

     

    However, I have notified product management of the request to have agent evaluation notifications appear in the inbox as well.

    This is a wonderful idea!  We would love to see evaluations hit a user's mailbox.
