    I recently completed the following...
     "https://gened.genesys.com/learn/course/11501/exam-genesys-cloud-certified-professional-contact-center-admin"


    I'm I suppose to receive an exam voucher after the above?

    and on a side note...I've taken all kinds of course for Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center Administrator, including the self-study course (The labs were not available) .   Do i have enough info to take and pass the related exam?

    If you did not receive it please send an emaul to beyond at genesys.com and they will assist you. Sometimes i had to request and they would send you manually

    Your Contact Center Admin exam voucher was sent on November 14th. You may not have received it due to a technical glitch. We resent your voucher now.

    The exam tests your working knowledge of the product. So, there are some questions from the labs as well. You may review the practice questions in the study guide to validate your understanding of the concepts.
