My above posting is to catch caller hung up in Google Dialog flow VA bot and not Agent Assist. If your response above is related to VA bot could you please elaborate on triggers?

Have you thought about using triggers to do this - you can match the criteria you need on ACW/Wrap Up - this could then move to a flow to complete data actions etc

We would like to understand if there is a way to execute code if caller disconnect in GDF or a way to return the call to Genesys Architect and execute a webservice call before disconnecting?
This is required for Menu Level Reporting requirement that we are trying to achieve.
