I am making a transfer to a bot flow and at the moment of entering there is an infinite cycle of the communicate block which has the word "prueba", in this it is evident that the exit bot flow does not work.

good day,
I send a screenshot, we are just placing a communication and then the exit bot flow so that it exits the flow and sends to the queue.
currently we are using it like this with chat api but we need to migrate an open message and that is when that happens to us.

Looks simple enough. Can you send a screenshot of the incoming flow? I haven't heard of any issues around this so just want to double check there are no other errors

Of course yes, look we are calling the bot in the message flow and we are not sending anything.

Hi Mario,
Can you also provide an organisational id and/or conversation id so we can have a look at the logs to see what might be going on here? From your screen shots everything looks OK.
