Hi all.

It would be nice to have the feature that let expand the script's frame automatically when the Agent attend the call.

I submitted an enhancement request.

I agree, there isn't much point to setting your scripts to be a certain size or only use a wedge of the screen if the agent has to click on the expand for every call.

Any word on the enhancement request submitted last February? Having to expand the frame on every call both delays the agent and is infernally annoying.

This really needs to be on the roadmap as a default option to select on/off on a global level. I'm sure some centers who use the profile function really love that it's there, and others that don't use the profile have frustrated agents that have to click it off for each interaction. Most centers don't use purecloud in full screen mode, so you have to think about those places that have multiple half windows open. If you have this open in a half window, the agent script is a tiny little wedge that nobody can read. So the first few seconds of each call spent clicking that profile button off, throws off the agent who's trying to read information in the script.
