  • 1.  Expected Behaviour of 'Maximum Interaction Retention Period Setting'

    Hi Team,

    Did anyone had a chance to enable this 'Maximum Interaction Retention Period' setting in your org?

    If yes, we would like to know the expected behaviour once the delete dates are met, for the following:
           1. Since it's mentioned that both Interaction Data and it's recording will get deleted, are they both getting deleted automatically?
           2. Once deleted, does the interaction preview details still show up in 'Interactions view'?

    Yes, it's automatic.  And yes, once deleted, you won't see them in Interactions View anymore.
