Hi Tina,
In addition to the increased storage as I mentioned earlier, the recording playback load time will likely be slightly longer as well (i.e. in Interaction Details UI).
Opus is a format playable in most common media players, and also playable in browsers. Is the pushback simply due to convention, or does your organization have a real drawback into adopting it?

Hi George,
Are there any repercussions for this type of change on trunk? We are working on the same type of bulk export and the Opus format is not desirable for our organization. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to making a change like this. Please share any concerns you may be aware of :).
Thank you!
Tina

The only way I know of is to change the setting on the Trunk configuration under Media. By default it is set to audio/opus.Ichangedmineto audio/GS to experiment and it uploaded to S3 as a .wav.

I've set up an AWS S3 Recording Bulk Actions Integration and policy to export recordings to an S3 Bucket. Only problem is, they export as .opus files, is there any way to export them as .wav files?
