I have been trying to get Genesys Call Monitoring (Evaluations) data....please see a sample below. I'd like to export the data. See an agents score per question for a certain time frame.....(see attached). I'd like the data from the right side...in a format similar to this (below)...Is this possible?? I was told it was but can't figure out how....
