    I have been trying to get Genesys Call Monitoring (Evaluations) data....please see a sample below. I'd like to export the data. See an agents score per question for a certain time frame.....(see attached). I'd like the data from the right side...in a format similar to this (below)...Is this possible?? I was told it was but can't figure out how....

    Agent Name, Evaluation ID, Date, Question, Answer, Score
    John Doe, 23-49494949, 8/11/22, Say the opening correctly?, Yes, 100%
    John Doe, 23-49494949,8/11/22, Enter data correctly?, Some data entered correctly, 66%
    John Doe, 23-49494949, 8/11/22, Offer survey?,  Yes, 100%
    Jane Doe, 23-49494975, 8/12/22, Say the opening correctly?, Yes, 100%
    Jane Doe, 23-49494975, 8/12/22, Enter data correctly?, Some data entered correctly, 66%
    Jane Doe, 23-49494975, 8/12/22, Offer survey?,  Yes, 100%

    Not in Genesys Cloud easily.  You can use this API to get the answers by question group:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-quality-conversations--conversationId--evaluations--evaluationId-

    Here is what this will return:

    I know that the Avtex Insights Product does have some templates for evaluation review and visualization.   That might be an easier route.

    Another option would be through the CLI using
    gc quality evaluations query list
