I hope that you can get your space button fixed! It'll probably be difficult to type a response if it still doesn't work. 

To answer your question, it looks like we haven't officially rolled out the Division Awareness for external contacts, though it is currently In Development. If you would like to keep track of the new feature as it progresses through development, I would recommend clicking on the VOTE button to subscribe.
