  • 1.  External Customer Needs to listen to one Division calls

    We support about 65 external clients, it's healthcare data so needs to be very locked down. 

    We have one client that needs to log in and just listen to call recordings for one division. I have been playing around with multiple roles and it still shows names even if they don't have permission. Recommendations on permissions?

    This is what I have in their role right now: 

    Analytics > Conversation Detail > All Permissions Assigns all Conversation Detail permissions, including any future permissions Communicate
    Select Permission
    Analytics > Conversation Detail > View Query for conversation details Communicate
    Select Permission
    Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > All Permissions Assigns all Dashboard Configurations permissions, including any future permissions
    Select Permission
    Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > deleteActive Delete dashboard configurations for any active user in the org

    Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > deleteInactive Delete dashboard configurations for any inactive user in the org

    Anyone know the recommended permissions for the role to do this? We don't want them to see any names of other queues either when filtering, is there a way to ONLY show their data?

    I can't even lock down by Queue because they have more than 10.

    Hi Hillary,

    Have you looked at About access control you should be able to create a role that only has access to the specific division, queues and recording segments etc.
