    Hello all,

    We are looking to setup a faq bot that we can implement into Microsoft teams and on our website.
    One that is promissing is FAQ BOT PLUS

    Could someone tell me if this bot could also be implemented within Purecloud (chat function)?
    The benefits of this would be that we have 1 database but questions and anwsers and use it for multiply apps/purposes

    Genesys Cloud does not support connecting chat to third-party chat clients. https://help.mypurecloud.com/faq/can-connect-third-party-chat-clients-purecloud-chat/

    You can ask on the Developer Resource Center forum to see if anyone has ideas on what you might be able to do.
