    Hello Community,

    Currently, the Genesys Cloud Knowledege Base supports articles built in a format where the content is assembled in questions and answers.
     
    Its possible now or in the future (Roadmap) be able to upload documents that are in a format other than questions and answers?.
    Generally customers don't have their information built in a question-and-answer format and it becomes very difficult to build these databases from scratch.
     
    Nowadays there are already artificial intelligence services such as Amazon Kendra that allow indexing documents built in any format.

    Hello Diego, 

    As of now I believe the knowledge base only supports question and answer content. I have looked in our ideas lab and didn't seem to find anything on the roadmap/idea so it might be a good idea to make this an idea.
