    We just enabled outbound faxing for our agents. Is there any way to generate a fax confirmation via notification(email) to the agent once the fax has been sent successfully? 

    I am aware of viewing the Audit Trail of the fax in the Documents panel. It looks like the audit history purges after a while. I reviewed a fax I had sent in September 2018 and there is no audit history.

    Looking for something that proactively notifies the agent.

    No, there is no way to do that. The only record I know of would be a copy of the successful fax being placed in the agent's My Workspace workspace in Documents.
