    Our organization has fax phone numbers for each department: Real Estate, Lending-consumer, Lending- indirect, etc.  Contact Center has access to their own faxes.  Does any one know how to configure or grant permissions to view other department faxes.

    Our faxes are delivered from Genesys platform to outlook distribution groups.

    You could route these to queues and give the ability to view the queue and do a preview of the Email.  That would only be for faxes waiting in queue and for historical recordings of the emails.  The other would be a shared document space in Genesys (a feature that 1 in 1000 customers actually use) and then have all faxes be directed via email or API to that document space.

    If they are delivered to Outlook, can you add a shared mailbox to each Distribution Group and give appropriate people access to each shared mailbox?
