At the moment this is because the Beyond content within Genesys Cloud is loaded in to Genesys Cloud, there isn't at the moment a link into the Beyond system etc. So the control of completion here at present is entirely based on a user selecting 'Complete' (top right)
That's actually one of the reasons for this post, as our plan is to enable external content to be accessible via Genesys Cloud, of which Beyond would be one type. Where this additional work is done we'd hope to then be able to get completion figures etc for these modules. This is what we'd love to get feedback on, what would be expected/desired in this area i.e. integration with external LMS or loading content directly to GC. There are many more questions I have on this topic too :)

Hi Andrew, for some reason I always get the message "Progress can't be saved" for Genesys beyond courses.
Is there something I am missing the the configuration?
Is this because the course completion date is overdue? No really intuitive explanation as we can't also update the completion date of the Beyond courses.
Not ideal if an agent happens to take holidays or days off and we cannot adjust the completion date.
