Hi all,
Stupid me, started an Outbound Campaign but totally forgot to add the "TimeZone" in a field. Campaign allready started and now I can not set the Callable Time Sets.
How can I fill a column 'on the fly' with a value for all contacts that are in the list?

I believe you need to delete the list and re-import it with the correct data.

I hope note. Your dear colleague @anon28066628 wrote in a simular question:
"If you're writing a dialer automation, it is easier to update the existing list's records, rather than destroying and re-creating the list. A new list has a new ID, so other components (campaign, rule set, call flow...) would need to be updated.
A good practice to future-proof the list is adding some additional columns ("aux1" through "aux10", for example) in case additional fields are desired later. "
Is there really no simple way to add a value in a field to all contacts in a list?

The columns for a contact list are set when the contacts are first imported. This is why RJ has suggested "A good practice to future-proof the list is adding some additional columns ("aux1" through "aux10", for example) in case additional fields are desired later." If you need to add a new column that you don't have, you need to create a new list.

Yep, the initial import generates a schema that can't be changed. Deleting and re-importing is the only option.
If you need to update values in an existing column, you can export the list, change the values, then append them back to the list.

With the Append action; Will it not import all records again? Or does it make an update action if record all ready exists is in the list?

I'm not 100% sure about that -- I typically import without the IDs specified which creates new contacts, but if you include the IDs it might update any matching records.
