For agents, see the filter by interactions details section & use the User field. Note there is also a recorded field, so you can only include calls with a recording if you want.
For date, see the filter by date section.
That page gets you the list of matching interactions. Click on an interaction to go to a detailed view that includes the recording (if it exists).

I need to ramp up compliance/legal on how to find calls in the web interface, and have combed through the resource center with no luck. Can someone point me to the documention for this? (i.e. how to search for calls by agent, date, etc.)
